A meeting of the Licensing Panel will be held on
Thursday 19 October 2023 at 11.00 am
in Meeting Room 1, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE
to consider the following matter:
the relevant representations received in connection with an application for a premises license for McDonalds, Unit 04 The Orchard Centre, Didcot, OX11 7LL under the Licensing Act 2003.
The report of the Head of Legal and Democratic, information submitted by the licence holder, and copies of the relevant representations are attached to this notice and are available to view on the council’s website.
Any three members of the of the council’s Licensing Acts Committee can form the Licensing Panel. The membership is expected to be:
